The paper《Rapid synthesis and NH3-SCR activity of SSZ-13 zeolite via coal gangue》by Han Jinfeng et al of our group was received by Green Chemistry.
In this paper, the mechanism of SSZ-13 zeolite rapid synthesis from solid waste was analyzed. Through analysis, it could be seen that coal gangue mainly played the role of adding aluminum source. The results of Al NMR showed that the main aluminum sources were octahedral aluminum and tetrahedral aluminum. It was concluded that tetrahedral aluminum was the main reason for the rapid nucleation of zeolites, and the tetrahedral aluminum can promote the conversion of octahedral aluminum, and further accelerate the synthesis rate of zeolites. This method provides a theoretical reference for the rapid synthesis of zeolites and the resource utilization of waste.
Green chemistry, sponsored by the Royal Society of chemistry, was founded in 1999. It is a world-famous magazine directly facing the field of green chemistry. It reports the latest progress of green chemistry research from academia, industry and government departments. It is listed on the top of the first area of chemistry in the journal division of Chinese Academy of Sciences, with an impact factor of 9.405.
